Ultimate Game Card
I used a 20$ card today and purchased a $9.99 pack of gems. It then said that my remaining balance was transferred into ultimate points. After registering with ultimate pay, my balance went up to 1101 points. I now do not see an option to use these points to purchase another pack anywhere. Anyone have any experience with this?
sent in a report to ultimate pay so i now have to wait on them to reply.

the same happened to my friend execpt that you login and use your ultimate points slot

i think if you log in with an playspan account you might be able to have the use most of the remaining balance (via the pay with other methods - game card) ?

ok i have an ultimate pay account but not a playspan account. will create one of those...
...And of course. The playspan site is down.

I just cleared my history and tried it. I do not have an option to use my ultimate points at all.

Without looking over your shoulder, this is hard to troubleshoot. I use the Ultimate Points option, so I know that it does work. When you go to buy gems, you will get the option to use any available points when you go to "check out" after selecting a gem package. There is a tab just like with the credit card options. If you don't have enough points to cover the purchase, then the points you do have will be credited and the left over amount charged to another payment method.

All I have is the CC, Paypal, and other 5 options that usually shows up. No other tab.

Playspan website has been down for 4 days now. Dunno what I am going to do about this.

have been in the same boat with ya, to be honest i thinkit should be the job of the castle empire support team to correct this type of problem

Ya'll should know that Playspan has had problems in the very recent past. Just a couple months ago their site was hacked and customer info stolen. Just prior to that i had made a purchase using my Ultimate Game Card and the balance that was due me on this game did not show up when i went to make my next purchase. When i contacted Customer Support on Settlers, they told me i had to contact Playspan. And of course when i contacted Playspan i got an automated response saying basically nothing and no response from a live human being. Customer Support here at Settlers finally reimbursed me with the gems i would have been able to buy with the missing points that SHOULD have been on my account here but i will never purchase another Ultimate Game Card ever, ever again and i advise others against buying them also. Better to just buy a prepaid credit card or use a bank credit card or maybe Paypal. Any business that does not have decent Customer Service does not deserve any business.
