Managed to take the survey, don't know how I think it just pops up randomly. I still haven't gotten any gems or the building yet. I see Irish-Gangsta says we get them on the 29th can anybody confirm this?

Same story for me too. Saw the survey when I first arrived, and like an idiot, I clicked on it before I realized that gosh, maybe I should *play* the game first! had the survey pop up got to the second question pushed next then got general error message have not seen a new survey yet? does this count because im trying to fill it out.
Sad thing is, if this isn't resolved today (which is unlikely) I'm going to be out of luck. Hurricane is going to hit here tomorrow and if I'm lucky I might get power back in a week or 2 :>((
Looks like we are all out 200 gems and the pirate hut. It has been over 24 hours since the survey appeared and failed. Hasn't been back since. Shame since I spent 8+ hours on the test server and have some good feedback to give. :'(
Event is not over. I don't expect anyone to be out anything as we have more support from Ubi on this game than most any other game I've experienced
I'm pretty sure the 200 gems and pirate hut aren't connected to the survey. It only says play 2 hours for them. The survey is for feedback and to get an entry into the sweepstakes. Sometimes they wait until the end to give out the rewards for the testing period.
I also only got the pop up once yesterday before playing and have not had it come back since.
I also only had the pop up show up once initially at the beginning of testing two days ago and have not seeing it since. I've tried various browsers, with no avail. I have never seen anything under the cog wheel showing to fill out a survey, despite testing for 12+ hours. I've submitted a support ticket regarding the matter.
I also had the survey pop up when I first went to test clicked on it saw that it was for after testing so I closed it so I could test first. I have not had the survey come back no matter what. I have logged all the way out and back in many times nothing. I have tried a couple other things still nothing.

Ive started the testing yesterday, the survey appeared, but due to the fact that i did no testing, i couldnt answer the questions so i continued to the game...
now a day has passed but the survey hasnt reappeared.... no gems received what so ever or hut;

i am yet another person who had the survey open the first time logging on to the test server, and went to test the game before filling out the survey. now it has been 24 hours as well, i've tried all these various methods, and i still can't take the survey. i have played my 2 hours, not all at once, but throughout the day.
Such similar storys eh! I too closed it down, and it hasn't come back. I fear it's gone for good.
Survey came up once for me clicked to answer and general error occurred have not seen survey since. Have tried all variations to get it to reappear with no luck. I've now given up.

I just started reading this thread and tried what Katiara suggested and it worked. Look under your history (if using explorer that would be under view, explorer bars - history) and look for surveymonkey. Look under the day you first did you 2 hour stint.
I've been playing for about 3 hours, and I still haven't got my gems...
Not that I'm worried or anything.
Just wondering on the estimated time remaining?
Absolutely no trace of surveymonkey.com in my history file. WOnder what happens for folks who diligently clean that history out on a regular basis?
IMHO, having to manually dredge up a history link is NOT acceptable.
If there's a survey, post the freakin' link and let us do it. If the survey doesn't work, then give everyone the prizes and let's be done with it.

I backed out of the survey and it had has not popped up since. tried various methods with no luck. It has been more than 24 hours and several hours of gameplay now with multiple log offs and log ins with no survey.
No survey yet.
No popup blockers. Cache cleaned. If I click the forum button in the cog wheel as some suggested, it takes me to a page where I need to sign in but that page doesn't accept my credentials. Also tried different browsers on 2 different computers at 2 locations.
I give up. As others have noted, my husband had the survey pop up three times in rapid succession on the first night before he'd even started the test, and never again. For me, it appeared once before I began the test and never again. We've tried every suggestion listed in the thread, but no luck. What now? Updates/info/communication would be nice - we gave you our time and effort as requested, now we'd appreciate some updates on the problems we're having completing the survey.
I had it pop up as everyone else, back out as soon as it asked about the current game play since I hadnot played it yet. have not seen it since. cant we just get the survey reset?
I too got the survbey the very first time I logged in. Has now been four and a half hours, half f which time I spent playing, and I've logged out and back in 3 times. Survey has not reappeared.

this is just great i log on everyday and check the forums for a answer to the survey then i give up now i check again and find out that i cannot do the survey because its closed , this really upsets me because of the time i put into this just to get the shaft twice.
