white screen

after i log in..and click PLAY NOW...its always going on the white screen loading..then nothing happened...

HELP me plz..

Haven't you seen my post about this problem? It's titled "Major Game Bugs Started 10/21" and is under this same Technical Issues category. I have been experiencing the exact same problem for more than a week. Customer Support told me that they are investigating it but i have not heard back anything since.
