The small and medium pumpkin patches keep restarting their cycles randomly. At this point they will have to not screw up again at all, nor me put them to sleep to help time the buffs in order to finish by the end of the event. We will need compensation for this as there are some of us who will not be able to get the general due to this bug.

How strange, they seemed to work fine last year. I was starting to wondering why my Noble pumpkin patches had emptied out days ago and my small and medium ones were still hanging about. I have sent in a ticket to support per Meesherbeans.
have a problem with the pumpkin patches also still going and no General yet.
I sent in a support ticket, and got a useless response asking if it was still happening. I responded yes, and have not heard back since.
Ditto, I sent in a ticket as well, got the initial response email, and not a lot of resolution. It looks like the pumpkin fields might not empty out by 10th, since the smallest ones still have 15 pumpkins each ( 25%ish ), and I have been buffing twice a day(ish).
So, this is the I've been patient three days, and just saying don't let it drop off the support queue.

yeah i dropped a support ticket too with only the initial recieved response. 3 times during event i have paused them at night to come back in the morning and they have been running all night unbuffed. It is bad enough that the general was made barely attainable, but then the bug makes it impossible.
I have successfully obtained the general and the 3 silos and still have my small and common patches left. I did not pay any real money for any of my pumpkins ... so where you say it is "impossible" ... it actually is. Might require a little bit of effort though on your part.Quote:

I got a response from support, they asked for screen shots of the pumpkin patch values, and then a screen shot of the pumpkin patches removed, and will send me the pumpkins. I did that yesterday, and am waiting for the pumpkin in the mail. I did remind them that I buffed the little b@stards twice a day, and hope they will add that into account. Both the larger number of pumpkins that would be produced, and the weeks of buffing them to no avail since the event started.
I've gotten all the silo's ( a couple of them last year ), and am sooo close to getting the school house. Next year, the General.
