Lost my game

I have been playing this game for months, but got busy this week and have not logged in for a few days, but when I did I was directed to resubmit the registration, which I did with the username and password I already used, then a whole new game loaded with a new username making me start over from a lvl 22 game to 1. I do not want to start over with a new game, and I would love to keep playing with my lvl 22 game that i worked so hard to create. Is there any way I can get my game back?:confused:

They will not be able to fix it for him. They have not been able to fix most technical issues for other players. My guess is the server his game was on was the zues server which is pretty much no good anymore (for whatever reason). Why else would all new players be directed to the new server?
