server call failed

I'm experiencing the same problem from a few weeks ago again today. I get through the loading page but then as soon as the log pops up i get the server call failed message and am asked to refresh. :( last time it took over a week to get back into server. Is this the same problem again?

ok, i managed to get in, but am having trouble with building mines, i build one then need to refresh in order to build another one, then have to refresh 3 times in order to make it through the server call failed message.
