Bug Posting Tickets
Okay, this bug is irritating as it is, because I am having a completely different bug experience in-game as it is, but now I am finding yet another bug even posting the bug. The bug is that when I try to send in a ticket at thesettlersonline.net/en/help-and-support via the contact form, the page just jumps to the top and the address only changes to thesettlersonline.net/en/help-and-support#. I checked and made sure I was logged in at the top, and I am 100% sure that I am. I also made a Subject, Category, and Message all type / selected. Please help!

We have reports that you have been unable to send in a Support Ticket. There are a few things you can do to try and resolve this issue and make sure that the game is running at optimal efficiency.
1: Before logging into the game try clearing your cookie and cache files from the web browser you are using.
2: Try using another one of the supported web browsers for the game: Fire Fox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome.
3: Make sure you are using the currently available version of your web browser, as an older version may no longer be supported for the game.
4: Make sure you are using the most recent version of Java. Try clearing your Java cache as well. You can find instructions on how to do so at the following link: http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml
5: Make sure you are using the most recent version of Adobe Flash. http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
