Upgrade problem.

Hi everyone, I am upgrading a recycling plant to level 4 and it has stopped upgrading at 87%. Help....

have you tried stopping and starting production on the building, refreshing the game, clearing ur browser cache and then refreshing? all the normal fixes for browser based game bugs?
