Why are inaccessable quests constantly repeated?

I'm a lvl 44. Every few minutes, I get an alert that I have a "new quest". When I open it, it is the same old quest since the upgrade and requires a lvl 47 or 50 to complete.

BB, how about fixing this next "upgrade"? While your at, WHY DON'T YOU FIX THE "FOREVER SPINNING HOURGLASS" that's been there since the game began?

Have the same thing going on only lvl 32. Every time i enter or refresh the game.

Mine is the "Battle Master" and "Storage" series of quests and they pop up every 15~20 minutes as well as entering or refreshing the game.

It's getting quite annoying.

Next time try having us do surveys WHILE we play, not after when we cant remember the specific issues we had.
