I can't get my stuff

My player name is Reise. I am playing in U.S.A. Ares (Realm 2). My guild, unforgiven [UNFOR], cannot collect it's guild coins for the latest completed guild quest. Nor can we move on with the next quest; specifically, I have collected 1800 deer musk fragrance twice now, and the game does not recognize it for the Task in Scary Apprentice Quest. Many of my fellow guild members have asked about this in chat, so I know I'm not alone in this.

Hey Reise i was having the same issue after you make the musk go to one of your deposits and use it. it will than let you claim it as being completed. quest should of said make and use not just make
