Who's dropping the ball?

I've been playing since April and the last "update" I remember NOT going wrong was when they added buff timers (excellent by the way, bravo)
The first guild quests were horrible, then magically gone, no "we have removed the horrid things".
Add new guild quests then they disappear (for some but not all...yet)
And with ALL this going wrong they are "gung-ho" about adding even MORE things they haven't completely figured out.
If you're trying to run us off it's working (the rollback was a nice start)
