server down?

I am getting the same thing, even updated my Java and cleared cache as well as the java cache.

I just came back up

well looks like a long wait for me...cs cannot fix this, i guess alot are in same predicament here is latest reply i got..sad...

At this time support is unable to resolve the "blue screen" error. this issue will need to be resolved by the development team. I do not have an estimated time as to when this issue will be resolved.
