ARES Server -- Guild Quest (12-6-12) will not complete

AIL the first guild to reach 100 and the largest guild on Ares... once again we have a guild quest complete and unable to CLAIM REWARD. The only option is CLOSE... The 12-4 was resolved a couple hours before Maintenance... There is no scheduled maintenance and this is becoming a REAL BUMMER!

Please address... and be nice if you could reply to one of our support tickets other than to say that you have received the request. Or post here so that if other guilds as they get to 100 have the same issues.
