Guild leader quits

What options are there when the guild leader either quits or simply goes inactive? Have not heard from him for over 2 months...

Has this happened to others and if so, what did you do?

Until your guild leader comes back, guild leader only actions like promoting people to officer rank and cancelling guild quests are no longer possible. BB doesn't have a change guild leader option yet so there's no possibility of having another person take over.

Your options are either to continue on without the above options or join/found a new guild.
