Several quests that won't unlock

I am level 29(edit: i am now 32) and some of my quests seem to be stuck.

-System function: To reposition buildings quest-not only do I have a provision house I have actually moved it twice.
-Tool Production: Look out for the tools quest-I have 2 bronze weapon smiths and meet the lvl req to unlock.
-The battle: The Garrison, Weapons, The Barracks quest-I have completed The general, To produce bronze swords, and getting ready for battle quests which are the pre reqs for these but they are still not unlocked even though I meet the level req.
-First strike units:The Calvary quest-I have completed "new stables" quest.

On a possibly unrelated note my guild quests are stuck in "waiting quests" even though I do not have a daily quest.

Edit#1: I now have additional stuck quests for a super awesome grand total of 6.
-Militia
-My brother Theodore

Edit#2:.....................8 stuck quests now.
-Neither fish nor fowl
-Ranged units

I am now level 32 as well

My quests are still stuck any word on a fix?

Now in addition to the quests posted in the first post I now have two addition quests stuck.

Sorry to hear that Itzala. That's exactly how mine look and with my updates we now share several of the same quests(Militia and First Strike). This is a very frustrating bug for new players and I hope they get it sorted out before we all quit.

I have more stuck quests to add to the list.

-Niether fish nor fowl.
-Ranged units

Has anyone heard on a fix for this?

I have problem with the free the home zone quest. Sent ticket several weeks ago and still no answer. That sucks!

I have a bunch of stuck quests too. No idea how to unlock them.

I have several stuck as well- I've leveled up 10 times and they are still locked. I haven't sent a ticket- obviously these "bug" forums aren't checked. Annoying.

Yeah, as a semi new player I am pretty pissed about this. I would think this would be on top of the list of things to fix so that new players aren't driven away by this.

Well I have some somewhat good news however late. My tickets were finally answered, they said that they are aware of and working on the problem. I also asked BB_meesherbeans when he was trolling general chat yesterday. (lol) He also said they are aware of and working on the problem.

The bad news, this has been going on for longer then two weeks. I feel like this would be a super high priority issue that needs to be resolved since it effects mostly new players. Although you must figure in time off for the holidays, this has made me almost quit myself. I really hope they get on top of this.

i too have a locked quest. Tactician, im level 33, thinking it would of been unlocked by now. want to just delete it but cant. dont even care abuot reward at this point. just fix it.

I figured this is what was happening. However in that thread everyone is acting like it was intended.

"Your a level too high to finsih this quest, sorry no reward and its in your quest book, undroppable forever and ever."

There is no way that is was intended to be like that. If it was intended, I have lost all hope in BB.

They fixed some of the stuck quests issues on the test server, so there is hope. The ones stuck because your level is too high should be doable when they bring that patch to the main servers.

Ugh, I have the same issue with the First Strike quest. So annoying.

What would help greatly is a Quest Tree layout to show quest dependencies (exactly what quests we must do first to get for instance "The Tactician" quest.
These quests are not really locked out, they are only dependent upon quests you must complete FIRST in order to clear the lock.

AND you all need to check things in the treasure chest that cost "fish". Completion of these chest items will open more quests which in turn will allow you to clear your quests. Otherwise you will be "stuck" until you figure out what I am telling you now is how it is.


Doing you DAILY QUEST daily will help you get unlocked also. ALSO if your in a guild PLEASE do you guild quests daily - all those within your guide will only gain their rewards when the required % of players complete the GQ (GuildQuest).

The wording for quests is very specific, and the quest will only be completed if you comply with the quests requirements as stated.

Im a newb n don't know much about this game but can't they just simply increase the max level required to 100 or more?

The recent patch did unlock some quests. However, because they were locked due to level they had following steps that can no longer be completed. For example: Use 50 or more militia to defeat a bandit camp on your island and use 50 or more cavalry to defeat a bandit camp on your island. I had already done these things, but now the island is clear I can't really re-do them.

I have the same problem -- stuck on the battle/Joion The Army, though I have met the requirements, and Tactician -- I have no home island bandits to defeat -- they're all gone!

If you are having a problem with quests that are locked because you have already completed the requirements and are unable to repeat it, please contact customer service so they can address it directly.
