All I want for xmas is my island

I have been unable to access my island for over a month now, please help!

I have the blue screen with chirping birds problem. I submitted a help request [Ticket#US-2012120312000196], and have not gotten a fix or even a e-mail to what is happening.

I don't understand why this cannot seem to be fixed. If my island is so broken, maybe you just recreate my island and attach my account to the new island. Something should have been done by now, or at least tell me that you have no clue and I will never get my island back.

So please communicate with me. Do you have any questions? Should I wait a little longer for a fix/work around? Should I just give up and leave the game?

I really love this game, but I can't start over, I put way too much time and money into my island.
