Issues With Guild Quests [GQ]

Hello!

I just returned from 7 days vacation abroad and realized something quirky with the Guild Quests [GQ].

It seems if a person is inactive for a period of time, they do not receive the next GQ. I wonder how that scenario affects the overall number of guildies needed to complete the GQ.

Also, a few people in guild chat have mentioned they also do not have GQ's. These people have received them in the past, and were not inactive for any period of time preceding the current GQ and nor alternately succeeding the previous GQ. So in other words, they have not been absent at all. Now, why don't they have a GQ?

Also, we are pretty much requiring participation of GQ in our guild. It seems a tracking system would enhance the game tremendously. For example, if there were a check box on the guild roster (guild page) that denoted who had completed the current GQ, we would not need to speculate who is actively participating in completing the quests.

I don't expect players to have the answer to these puzzles, but if you do or you can post your own issue with regard to GQ that would be awesome!

if a player's guild quest suddenly stops showing in the quest book, they should try changing their player note in the guild page. this has worked twice in the past for me

Changing player note doesn´t work yet. Our guild is having the same problem and we can´t get any new guild quest. Besides our current quest is completed but it doesn´t finish :S

ok. soon after the update tht changed the guild quests (as well as sooo many other changes) i lost my GQ twice, each time changing player note fixed it. sry to hear its not working for u :(

I forgot to reply, but I tried your suggest LostSoul913 and it did not work.

Once the current guild quest had been completed, my next one popped up though. Very curious system! It'd be nice to get a full brief from BB on how they work! There are some details they left out. Ie: inactive people don't get the quests (going off my experience with 7 days vacation), nor do they reap the benefit of the quest if it's completed.

I still want a roster to show who has completed the quest.

A tracking system would be very nice to have so we can also contact the player(s) that have not completed the Guild Quests and ask them if they need any help with their quest.
