Chatserver

for many weeks now there has been issues with chatserver failing and all i get is the news tab, this also then makes me appear offline to my guild mates. last night around 11pm est i lost chat again on jan 4th 2013, 5 hrs straight, i have refreshed tried different browsers, did all the proper cache clearing protocols. i am not the first to have this issue, and would appreciate if your staff could fix this issue permanently. makes it impossible to play a good game that is based on interactiveness.

Since the green dots are not appearing on my guildmates avatars, I don't know if they are online or not. If I have made them friends I can look there. This issue was fixed months ago. It appears that there is no fix to fix the fix that has become unfixed.

it may be a pain, but you can always use your Guild forum page or chat if your guild has one. you can also send mail and look at it as your "Settlers discovering Text messages" :)

only problem i am having, is Guild mates aren't showing online when they are. Would like it fixed when the Dev's get time for it.
