Missing Guild Quests
When can we expect the guild quest issue to be resolved? Our entire guild (and we're not the only ones) cannot earn guild coins.
Please either fix it promptly or remove guild quests entirely until the issue is fixed. It really isn't fair for half the server to be earning guild coins while the other half cannot. Either that, or the guilds that are unable to receive the quests should get some sort of allotment of guild coins per day to make up for this programming snafu that prevents earning them.
And no, we can't leave the guild and rejoin to get the guild quests. Our guild leader doesn't have the quests either. He would have to disband the entire guild and rebuild it. That is not an option when you have 60ish members- we'd lose everything spent to get the guild to that size.
If anyone has any suggestions though, I'd be happy to hear them.

Our guild, Elysium, and its 100 members, is also missing our guild quests. They've been gone, as far as I remember, since early December. I agree about needing some sort of compensation if others are still getting coins.

We've not seen them in awhile either, around 65 members and had been completing about 5 of them a week. Then they stopped, no reason given, no response to questions asking why.

yeah plus 1, fix this darn thing...who cares about new interfaces for broken stuff?

Why no response from admins about this issue here? I'd like to hear it from the horses mouth why they don't work instead of conflicting stories from other players.

I have talked with the BBs in chat and they understand our frustration. Meesher said that they bring up the unfairness of the guild quest/guild coin issue at every meeting. It seems they are not being heard either. Support itself can do nothing regarding this problem since the developers are the ones that need to fix it. The question is: Will the missing guild quests issue be fixed before, or with, the next game update? I'm suspecting not.
Also... PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE CURRENT ITEMS FROM THE GUILD COIN SECTION OF THE GEM SHOP.
If we ever get our guild quests back, there are many of us who would still like to get the jolly geologist with guild coins.

I'd like to add to this as well. It's a very short-sighted "improvement" to rotate guild coin items when many guild can't get the quests to work. We had 8/8 completed yesterday but were not able to close the quest, we booted an inactive today and now we're 7/8. Very frustrating, our guild leader doesn't have any guild quests.

Well, another weekly maintenance has been done, and still no change in the guild quests for those of us who do not receive them. I have been saving up towards the jolly geologist, but fear now, that will not be available by the time the guild quest issue is addresed. So the future update may or may not include the Nords adventure, but until this is resolved, I and many others still cannot participate. This is a major loss in game play that is effecting many users, both paying and free play. With the upcoming release/update to guild quest market items, there should be a priority in place to first fix the issues that so many are experiencing. I also agree that those who are not allowed to participate in guild quests due to technical issues with the game, should receive some sort of compensation equal to the rewards of the missing guild quests.
So my statement to BB;
Please, before you roll out a new release to the guild market, let's really focus on fixing the issues first. If you insist on rolling out the new update to guild market without fixing the issues that so many are experiencing, then offer some compensation packages to the affected players.
*The above is a matter of opinion, and a strong enough opninion that I felt the need to make my first post ever in this forum after many months of gameplay*

We are now just having lack of guild quests. They need to stop doing cosmetic work and fix issues.

So when is this going to be fixed? A answer sure would be nice. What gives?? More BS!

[TNT] on Ares is has no quild quest (for a few days) and no status on the previous quest.

Here at [NEXUS] we had our guild quests coming like clockwork... they abruptly stopped for no reason, after we completed one... I sent in a support ticket after waiting a few days to see if they would show again (which they didn't). Support said that they are still working on a fix for the situation, with no known time frame as to when they would be fixed.
After a couple more days of them not showing up, they miraculously appeared again, and have been coming like clockwork once again. I know this doesn't help the guilds that have been without guild quests for months and months, but maybe it will give you all hope that they may just decide to show up again one day :)

Our guild leader is getting quests, but lately I have not been seeing them show up in my quest book. I don't know if this is part of the same problem as the guild not getting them or not.

I am missing my guild quests :( New issue with me. Now I see why people were upset.

Guild quest has been missing for days now too. Support told me that it's due to inactives in guild. Sounds like BS to me.

Please don't tell me they really said that. We have a few inactives in our guild, but we are getting guild quests just fine.

I'm no longer surprised at what they'll say but they'll find a way to pin it back on us. (Even though they know about the issue and are "working" on it.)

Hey guys, they have a fix for this listed in the change log for the test server, I imagine it'll be fixed shortly
