Gem Prices

I just joined this game about 5 days ago and was looking at the prices of gems compared to how many it takes to do certain things......OMG, am I the only one who thinks the gem prices are outrageous for what you get?

They are outrageous for small things. I dunno why they want so many to instant upgrade or things like that. But most of the building licenses and buildings are ok'ly priced i suppose. But yeah wow on some of them... crazy.

I love the building aspect and strategy of the game BUT I will not spend real money on it till they make it more worth our while. For instance if you take a level 1 Hardwood Forester and want to gem it up to level 2, its 540 gems. 500 gems is $4.99.....They really expect someone to pay $5 to upgrade a SINGLE building one level???

well when it comes to building upgrades, I agree it's too expensive..but at the same time, if they make it too cheap then everyone will be using gems to upgrade their buildings and bypassing a large portion of the game.

They are high for certain things but its all part of trying to get the most coins for the real money they spent... just competition.. hopefully the market will settle out soon though..

On a whole, they are a good price. They need to tweak down a few things though.

The price of the copper mine is quite ridiculous, however people buy it.
