just can't get it

ok i just can't get this production value quests they want us to have three dif things at a 0 every twelve hours then there's the one that has to have 600 or more or less every twelve hours and i just can't anyof them in sync to get them done i need help ive asked friends and guild members but we can't seem to get it please can i get some help here ........:(

build more buildings, and buff them with 3x buffs as necessary. You may have to upgrade them, too. 3x buffs help quite a bit.
