Frequent game mini-resets every few seconds

Has anyone had this happen to them? Lets say youre adding items from star menu to MH or buildings mines or fields or whatnot and every 5-10 seconds or so, the game lags for a split second and goes back like 3 seconds and the last building you placed is undone (or field or whatnot).

I'm not the only one that this happens to, its something in the game and I'm wondering who all noticed it. Its not a huge deal, just very annoying when it does it allllll the time. Mostly annoying when placing loot from star menu onto mayors house and have to tell the resources several times to go there because they reset and pop back in the star.
