Yes, Please. Especially on the tougher or hard ADV's, like SoV and SE. So, we can run those more often with less troop losses.

Please do! I am relatively new to the game and haven't mastered blocking yet. I would love to see your tutorial on it. Your previous tutorials have been highly recommended and this one would be a great help!

Yes please. Then I would know how to re-calculate blocks in adventures that aren't quite up to snuff.
I block all the time and I know how to set it all up. But 100 people is a bit of a stretch as I'm not sure that that many are really using these forums. A quality guide, in English, is definitely needed.
If you want help with it, just mail me in game and we can divide the work load.

Hi Starfire, yes I've come to that conclusion as well. Between the "yes" votes in here and those who've privately contacted me, I believe a quality guide is actually desired as well. I've had offers from a few others to help with this too and am formulating my approach to it all this week. Just a busy work week.Quote:

Having said that, no guide can account for the unpredictable effects of the lag, which pretty much makes coop blocking near impossible. Often times what I'm seeing on my monitor is not the same as what my co-adventurer is seeing. Would love a fix for that.. :)
bluebody, the main prob with asking for any fix involving blocking is what i believe is BB's opinion of blocking. this is all conclusions i've reached based on what i've read here and there. reality is, when the game was created, blocking was not an intended part of it. it has evolved into what i've heard called an 'undocumented feature'. from what i've read here and there, i believe BB neither condones nor condemns blocking. i think, technically, it is a glitch that you do not lose any troops on an advanced block, but a sizeable portion of the player base does it and has spoken up in defense of it, so BB has decided to allow it. i do not believe allowing it will result in any attempt to make it easier to do
again keep in mind this is all conclusions i've reached on my own, and not straight from the horses mouth, so to say. all that being said, i do block, i enjoy blocking. i do not block simply to save troops, i do blocking because it adds an extra element of strategy and risk to the game, and to me makes doing adventures more enjoyable.

I never block... I am block impaired lol............ But with that being said I think a tutorial would be awesome.. It would help alot of people........... and yes possibly even me lol
Sanii this is a awesome idea. I just recently used your outlaws guide with block lol near had a heart attack on one of the blocks but it worked perfectly. Today I used your guide for surprize attack. Loved it I really liked how you explained the advanced block with the times. It truely shows how they work. I have tried some of genesis guides blocking but my timing must have been off a bit and lost alot of troops. I never tried blocking again for months till this week. Your guides have truely help me in the game. I am all for comprehensive tutorial. Great work you are a inspiration to this game that well most of us love and dedicate alot of time too. Thank you very much in advance for all your hard work, I speak for myself and I am sure others will agree. I appreciate the effort that yourself and all the others that have put out guides I know without them I would have given up and moved on to another less enjoyable game. Thank you again Sanii for all your great work and help.
Great idea sanii. I never used to block, tried a failed retrried nd failed lol. Happy note used your surprise attack guide and with your times for the advanced blocks AWESOME made it all make sense, did have to wait till gen gets here or wait 7 second then launch attack. I think a tutorail for blocking is a must. Please do it. And big thank you from me lol. I have pasted on all your guides to anyone who wnted to try blocking and have been able to convince a few of my fellow guildies to try your guides and follow them watch the VERY helpful videos. Great job sanii thank you.
I do a great deal of blocking, but I use guides that were created by others. Sanii makes some nice block guides and I also have used Genesis and Blitz guides as well.. advanced blocking is what makes this game fun and challenging. I voted yes on the poll and definitely think many players would benefit from you doing that.

Sanni, you are awesome :) I love your guides. I do blocking since very long ago and I think a detailed guide on blocking is a great idea. I hope you will make it, that will benefit a lot of people.
i'd like to see a block that works on WOTS please
I am finding it almost impossible to block at all, due to the lag I enounter. I have to click on a gen so many times before the program responds that it is already too late to send him. I would really like for the guides that give blocking, to also give the alternative: the troops it would take to kill the camp where blocking is recommended.

I know there are some other posts regarding blocking and other related areas out there but I've been asked privately by some people to do something more. If enough respond that it becomes worthwhile for me to spend the time, I'll tackle it.
I had decided to tackle a very hard blocking adv, decided to level up faster, much to my dismay I had allot of trouble figuring out block times becuz the current available sims I no how to use do not include the time. After frustration I guessed, got it done, lost a lot trying.
