The in-game info box drives me batty. It's always in the way when i want to check the population bar.
Please move it down a little, to just under the population bar.

This is a computer issue, not the games fault. are you working on a laptop? if the screen is too small the sign will show like you posted.
Happens to me also, on both a lappy and desktop. Easy enough to fix code wise, I really don't want to have to run the browser full screen (1920x1200) to fix a graphical bug.
