Forum loading and recent server connection failures

Lately staying connected to the game has been challenging. On the air card I can't stay logged in for longer than 10 minutes at a time, frequently less than that. On the broadband at home, I disconnect about every 30 minutes. Constantly losing connection means I lose the chat history. I have run every diagnostic and used every browser known to man. The problem is with the recent attempts to load balance, something is causing a delay from the server to my client. Also, the forum is not loading anytime I go to launch it the first time. I have to go out, and load it again for it to finally show, refresh doesn't fix the error: "An error occurred. We regret an error occured. Our Technical team are aware. Please try to refresh the site and hope the problem does not persist. "
Rather a poor choice in verbiage as you never want a customer to have to "hope" it doesn't happen again.

i thought perhaps it was something on my computer causing the prob w the forum loading up. i too have tht error message pop up on my 1st attempt to load the forums, every time i close my browser and reopen it. luckily no connection issues in game for me (yet :/ )

I also have to make at least 2 tries before the forum will load. Not your computer or mine is the problem, I hope :-)

Mine is the same as well when trying to load forums.. takes at least two tries, then I also did have it conk out on me today, when it was loaded perfectly, then it flashed the error of loading when I hadn't changed anything.

I also have that problem with the forum. I can never access the forum from the forum button in the game either. Always have to access it from the homepage and usually I have to try it twice because it rarely lets me in on the first try.

have they just given up on this? Still broken as i'm sure you've seen. Both in game link and from home page is broken randomly. Frustrating.

Maybe you have to spend gems to get a response? :(

I've had your same forum issues, and now connection problems.
