New island to conquer and build
I have read through 100 plus pages on suggestions for this game. Some are great some well would make life easier, and well others not so great. I like the fact that so many people love this game and would like to improve it.
I see so much potential within this game to improve on it and be more interactive via new quests, PVP both economic and battle, and my favorite Which has been confirmed as one of the leading wishes. The ability to have or buy new Islands, The Director has put it forth to were as explorer search or purchase. I had in my one post every 10 lvls after 50, but in essence the same thing. I feel new islands to conquer and build on no matter how you slice it and whos suggestion you like the best, its a good all round idea.
I as other level 50 player are bored need something to stimulate there mind with in the game. All the new developments that are supposed to come out well are good might keep me involved, I myself like building and the economic side of things. PVP interest me but not as much as it would to be able to explore and find new island or land have to attack it to gain control have to produce so many resources to obtain it and so forth.
The Directors Idea:
Guilds: A island where the guild leader runs, and members can benefit by contributing resources.
PvP: Extra islands can be used as platforms for PvP, checkout my "Suggestions PvP!" post for more on that.
Trading: How the island benefits you.
2. Ships
A: In order to look and transfer resources you need a new building, the harbor! The harbor will be your storage building for ships which leads us to another building...
B: A shipwright! The shipwright will allow you to build three kinds of ships, Warships, Cargo, and Capital ships!
C: Warships are meant to only hold solders, up to 500 at a time.
D: Cargo can hold up to 10,000 resources.
E: Capital ships are a mix of the two, as suggested by Kageneko, say 250 troops and 8,000 resources.
F: Upgrading the harbor will allow you hold more ships, while upgrading the shipwright will allow you to build boats faster.
3. Guild Islands.
A: With my other ideas like a guild bank and a PvP guild island, in the island, the guild leader can build mines to gain rare medals like titanium, saltpeter, and granite. However, these mines will cost more to build, and so guild members could be taxed/asked to create these mines.
B: If you give resources, then a percentage will be returned back to you in the form of whatever mine was built. This idea could be split off into special buffs, normal buildings on the guild island ect...
4. The Island.
A: Once you find a Island, via a explorer, you get the chance to own, or leave and look for a better island.
B: if you leave, then you can restart the search for another island.
C: If you decide to own, then you will have to send your armies and conquer the island! Depending on the size of the island so will be the difficulty of barbarian camps. (I.e. small islands mean small camps, few bosses, larger means more bosses and reinforced camps)
D: once you have a foot hold on the island, you can start building a storehouse, just like in your home island, after that, any buildings can be built.
E: you can find mines here as well, with an option on the geologists to hunt on a specific island.
F: you are limited to only 1 island per player.
G: You are also limited on building licences and mines.
H: Just a note, here is a good place to use Economy Adventures the devs have planed.
This is a extremely good idea as it would keep the game interesting.
The one thing I hate is that no TSO rep has made a comment on any of the ideas made in the suggestions. Anyt
hing like great idea but to hard to incorporate heck anything to keep our wheels turning to try and come up with more feasible ideas.
I call out the Development team hey lets go before everyone leaves. The game is getting boring and lots of peeps are losing interest. Put some of these suggestions to work or at the very least give some feed back. PVP and all this once every 3-4 months not cool. People have spent a lot of money on this game.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
