Generals movement speed altered while in the control zone of a camp under attack

I would like to report a repeatable abnormality that was discovered after the 2/27 changes were implemented.

There is a lot of discussion and some good video captures [Thank you Sanii] in the following thread.

When a General enters the control zone of a camp that is under attack, that General skips ahead until he has left that control zone and then returns to his normal pace. Sanii's Traitors video captures show this clearly and also shows the normal latency or lag effect, which the skip ahead abnormality is not.

Attemps to report this by opening a ticket have not resulted in acknowledgement of this very specific, repeatable abnormality.

Please let the player base know if this was incorporated by design or if this is an unintended result of some other change?

I have also seen this effect
