I think your min-max are reversed on guild coins. min:6500 max:1400 is current listing.
While this spreadsheet takes into account the costs and cost benefits, it doesn't take into account players needs. New settlers need to focus their buffs on building materials and basic items for building an army of recruits and bowmen. This pretty much holds true up until the island is conquered or adventuring begins. The spreadsheet does highlight the big ticket items which are probably best left idle until they are buffed. But, the don't buff building materials and weaker weapons because of the cost, assuming the settler makes the needed baskets, doesn't work that well, in my opinion, before the island is captured and requirement for new buildings tapers off.
