hey devs in the economy tab why are the signs for the pine wood trees always red or yellow i am very sure i have enough forresters because there are always trees there and no those are not just the ones you cant cut down in sector 2. now all the things that use coal are always yellow and it irritates me

tell me can this be fixed

and do you poeple ever read the suggestion that are made in the forum there are some pretty good ideas for the game there

i would like too know if this get read so please reply or something

Will the floating houses become tradeable after the event and will it be the same as with the deerstalkers?

When will the devs focus on giving new stuff to the current players and players that play longer instead of only changing stuff for new players.

Example: New players can now buy two savage explorers while players that played eastern last year could only buy 1 and can only buy 1 more this year. IMO it should be rewarded playing that long instead of the way its happening now!

Im playing this game for almost 1 year and i mostly see stuff happening for new players instead of rewarding loyal players.

When I use a basket or sandwich to increase productivity, does it also consume the resource faster, or does it increase output without increasing consumption? I know increasing the level consumes faster, just curious about effect of basket/sandwich.

hey devs is it possible to make the friends and guild mates bar arrangeable so that you can get your best buds in front of the list or that set it up so that the online people show up first something like that would be nice

looking forward too the answers on these questions must be alot of work to read them all

The community team compiles the feedback (it's more efficient to read feedback with numbers and direct quotes) and sends it directly to the developers.

Could you consider adding some other reward in lieu of the Experience that is lost once you are at the level cap (for now and in the future). Something along the lines of Map Fragements, Guild Coins or someother desirable material per X amount of experience lost. Make the Expereince adventurs still worth while to run even when you are level capped.

A lot of people have asked when you will raise the maximum level but I want to take the question a step further. WHY is there a maximum level?

Will troops/Generals ever gain Exp. like the original computer game?..Recruits become Militia,Militia become soldiers,etc etc if they survive enough battles,hmm I think thats how it was hehehe .General got more attack power and hit points or something

I have a tech question.
With HTML5 coming out soon and Flash is being limited to Windows and Mac for updates, will you be moving the game base to be playable on HTML5?

I mainly use Linux for my desktop and flash is being not updated anymore for us. Android is another good platform where the resolution is high enough to play games but is being limited by flash.

It doesn't make sense for me to keep investing time and money in this game if it can't be playable in a year or two.

Will there be a HTML5 version of the game?

1. Would it be possible to manually type in the number for trade instead of the drag bar?
2. Any possibility that players can mine/harvest those luxury items (Exotic wood, salt, Granite, Titanium) so it doesn't take so long to upgrade those really high amounts or drop them down to a more reasonable level?
3. Building an army is already time consuming when it takes multiple items to make just one soldier, be nice if 1 item made 1 soldier and you can queue in more than 25 at a time.
4. Something available more often to buff the Provision house
5. Upgrade possibility for the school house
6. Different types of Generals that make a certain type of soldier fight better
7. The ability to sell or get rid of unwanted Generals, Scouts and Geologists
8. The ability for an endless mine for your other types as well
9. Be able to stack similar items in the star menu rather than taking up another box and sell them off in any amount you want rather than the bulk.
10. The ability to level up General would also be nice

Would it be possible to add in a feature that allows the players to upgrade specialists?

You start out the game are given a general a geologist and an explorer so maybe with gems we can upgrade the general to hardened general the geologist to jolly geologist and the explorer to scout.

I think this would go along way towards helping people out.

Why is it possible to buff a depleted mine? Buffing a depleted mine causes the buff to be used while not doing anything to the mine, leaving it still worthless. I had been playing for only 3 days when I did this. Rest assured I put in a ticket and it was handled in a timely fashion, however the person who answered the ticket implied it was my fault for attempting such an act and explained to me that no further help would be given if I made the same mistake again. I personally find this to be a flaw in the programming, as any player trying to experiment with what someone can do in game could easily do this. My question is:... is this issue going to be fixed?

Could you enable us to stack adventures in star menu so that we can sell more than 1 adventure per lot?

Will we ever get buildings that allow us to turn them for placement?

Will you ever add a specialist level-up to the game?
I mean that, after a large number of battles, a general can become a battle-hardened general, and the battle-hardened can, after an even larger number of battles, become a veteran general.

Will we get a ship like in IOTP adv. as a decorative item or better to bust population?

In the friends/guild list, would it be possible to have a feature that indicates you are online, but away from the computer? That way if someone is talking to you or wants to send a trade, ask a question, etc. they know if you are available or not.

Why are you setting us up to fail? Are you trying to lose customers? With the Four Winds Quest, it has become ever more obvious that the development team rather than making the game and quests an enjoyable experience, is try extremely hard to to make its player community feel like failures. Signs of this development were apparent with the EOW Event which demanded the players devote nearly all their time and resources to a limited value goal in order to support the larger community. The repetition of the high troop cost in the Saving Christmas Quest echoed this theme. Now your goals seem to have reached the ultimate fruition with a quest even enthusiastic players have determined is unattainable without either extreme luck or a a frustratingly high expenditure of resources disproportionate to the reward. Please, ladies and gentlemen, go back to school and take a few basic business and psychology courses, before you ruin a halfway decent little game.

One person asked for stacking in the star menu and I was talking about that in guild and one of my guild members brought up if we get the ability to make the stacks of things bigger in the star menu can we also be allowed to break those stack down to sell smaller amounts off?

lie say you have 5,000 baskets but only want to sell them 5 at a time.

During the easter event, will you be able to make offer in TO to buy an event item?

Good news/Bad news. Good news: Looks like on test you will be able to buy 3 more Floating houses after the event for Gems. Bad News: Unless something changes, they will not become tradeable (limited item) and the most you can have is 8.

Can you add the ability to change the order of the Provision House and Barracks queues? Similar to the construction queue.

Will we ever have guild vs. guild adventures?

what is time frame for getting answers to our questions?

Loot tables state that the chance for granite or exotic logs is 50%/50%. This is clearly incorrect. Would you be willing to post the correct percentage chance to get granite on an adventure?

1. You can manually enter a number in the box on the lower left of the trade tab.

I haven't reached the point of feeling I have too many generals, but I suppose it's theoretically possible if you have a bunch of BHG or Vet Generals. If you aren't sending your scouts out to search for adventures, send them on treasure hunts. I don't know anybody who thinks they have enough scouts. As for geologists, maybe if you had 10 geologists and you stopped your iron chain, maybe just maybe, you would feel you had too many geologists.

Will we ever be able to post offers to BUY deposits in TO for anything other then 100 fish food or 100 Deer musk?

Especially for Mineral Deposits such as Iron/Coal/Gold.

Perhaps you could at least add the fixed amounts for items likely to be found/created, such as:

Fish : 500, 1000, 2500
Meat : 250, 500, 700, 2500
Wheat : 300, 600, 800, 1500, 1800, 3000
Stone : 500
Marble : 500
Copper Ore : 300, 500
Iron Ore : 750, 1000, 2000
Coal : 2000
Gold : 100, 150, 300, 500
Omni : 250

And also.... lets include Basket stacks of 25!

Even if you only included the top deposit of each... that would still be a big improvement.

What are you doing to Fix the Four Winds Quest Chain to reduce the BAD luck factor?



Currently as it stands, this quest chain is not fun for those who have bad luck experience. Specifically the quest chain with Bandits Nest involved (levels 36-45). That quest chain requires too many factors of luck, granite on bandits, and granite from old friend (which is a drop from witch of swamp - yet another random luck on top of random luck). The easiest of the quest chain are those who are level 16-25.

If you guys have no solution or answers to resolve this terrible quest design, I will only say that this will reflect negatively and poorly on your game and as designers when I make reviews for other websites and other friends. "Don't play settlers online since they have bad quests that will only frustrate you."

My level 15 quest will not unlock. I understand that I am not the only player who has experienced this. What is being done about this?

1. This thread is two weeks old, will the devs give us at least one teeny answer before July? ;)
2. Will it ever be possible to change the avatar? (and if not - why?)
3. Will there ever be possibility to run more than two adventures at a time, I mean one from the player and two (for example) from friends. (if not - why, is it because of the database or hardware performance?)

so......did BB give up on this thread? 2 and 1/2 weeks now with no word. Will we get answers to any of our questions?

It this thread was an Aprils fools prank BB than its almost a month early
