BB can't fix the bug that crashes the game?
It has been two months since I sent in the ticket regarding to the error that was detected on my zone. The support team told me it would be fixed about a month ago but I'm still unable to log in my account to play during Easter. I'm very disappointed as I expect it to be fixed at least by now. I sent in the ticket to check but they choose not to reply. A total fail on the support team as they're unable to do anything. I asked for re-fund since I got the problem just right after I decided to buy gems during the gems sale; so, I didn't have a chance to spend them. I really regret putting real cash into this game because I can't even log in to play and the support team don't seem to care much either. It's really ridiculous and frustrated on my end so please reply to my message as least so I don't have to try to attempt logging in after every maintenance.
