He's not missing a camp.

The camp on the other side of the area doesn't get envolved with the leader camp unless you want to take it out or if it bugs you.

What if we don't have 200 generals. I only have one veteran, one Battle-hardened and 4 regulars....

He means Normal Generals, those that carry 200 troops.
