Go to http://uplay.ubi.com/ and set up an account there. When you land on that page, click the "connection" link -- then once there, choose "create a Uplay account."
Then, you must unlink your FB account, by cancelling the game app on FB in your apps section.
You will then get an email to whatever email you used to set up your FB account. This email will allow you then to link to a pre-existing Uplay account. So you *must* ensure that you have your Uplay account set up *before* you hit that link.
