Unable to accept adventure invites

Since the roll back, I have had some issues with my adventure slots.

Initially, I could not start an adventure, but I could accept invites. I submitted a ticket and posted here. Not long after, I was suddenly able to start an adventure but was unable to accept adventure invites. I would get the email, and then get the 'refresh client' pop up if I clicked accept. I did all of the clearing and tried this using multiple computers with the same result. I created a new ticket.

Periodically, I would ask a guild member to send me an invite so I could see if this was fixed yet. Nothing has changed.

A couple of days ago, I got a loot email as if I had completed an Island of the Pirates adventure, even though I had not run one. I immediately thought that this might have been the clog in the drain! Now, if I get an invitation to join an adventure, the accept button is grayed out and it says I am already doing the max number of adventures. This is the same whether I am working on an adventure or not. I can start an adventure, and then there are two adventures in my quest log. A real one and this phantom Island of the Pirates.

So, now I have an Island of the Pirates adventure with an expiration date of 10 days. As you can see from the attached screen shot, I can not Cancel. If I Visit, it says this adventure has expired and it goes away - but not really. If I refresh, there it is. Checking the details, Dusty-Zombie is currently on this adventure.

I have hopes that this latest was a step in the right direction and that one day, I will be able to start an adventure, invite others to my adventures and to be invited to others adventures. I have no idea if anyone is looking at this since I have heard nothing one way or the other via in game or normal email. Please help our guildie with this problem. No one has been more patient or understanding than Art. His participation in the game is still 110%, even though he gets no attention to his ticket. This is not the type of user you want to lose to lack of support.

We support you ART!

For what it is worth, I also support Art and I don't even know him. What a rotten deal he has to put up with.

Update 4/11 - After the phantom Island of the Pirates adventure timed out, I asked a guild member to try inviting me to an adventure. After I got the email, when I clicked ACCEPT, I got the pop up telling me to REFRESH my client.

Today, 4/13, something new has started happening. When I invite someone to join my adventure, the game freezes. I can still chat, but the game is frozen and unresponsive (can't select anything and right click does not bring up the flash menu).
