[Tool] SOT - Combat Simulator & Economy Planer

Hello,

i want to show you this tool for combat simulation (i'am part of the team developing this):

It has some UNIQUE features. You're not only able to simulate the outcome of a single comabt with this simulator. You're able to find the OPTIMAL composition of your attacking army against an enemy camp, depending on which units are available!! All adventures are implemented, you can easily choose your enemy camp by clicking on it in the map.

On top this site provides an easy to use economy planner as well.

Hi UllrichB, were you one of the creators of this particular sim or now part of maintaining it?

I ask because, I use it plus the other sim together to achieve things.

Have you thought of adding in the capability of showing the building destruction rounds as well as in the other sim? I ask because myself and others contributed a little to the accuracy of that particular portion of that sim and it'd be nice to have all capabilities in one sim. In particular that section is helpful for those who do blocking.

I know the guy who is developing the simulator. I talked to him and he said, that he's trying to add the feature soon.

This is the sim I use. I love it! I agree it isn't completely intuitive to figure out how to use, but once you do, it's a great sim.

P.S. I checked the economy planner and it wants a password from me, and I have no clue what password I need.

I can't get the combat sim to load ....whats up?

You have to type a password of your choice and then click "create new economy" and there is your new economy planer which you can edit with you choosen password

Hi folks,

i just added some new building and ressources from the german test server to the economy planner. i don't know when they'll go live with theire new research system. And i don't know the exact names of the buildings and ressources in english. It would be nice if somebody could help me out with that.

i need help understanding the last 3 column headers. i'm assuming con = consume and res = resource.
note to devs: adding a way to change the production time (i.e. the foresters)

Please know your current map in your simulator is out dated, there are major moves to camps in Betrayed, I am working on the adventures as BB give me the Gems and Resources to do so. I update those pages regularly, mail me in game Ares if you need anymore assistance.

Betrayed Adventure (Fairy Tale)

And this is MAJOR - please hurry...

Simulator - Update - CHANGES
• Changed level requirements for Fairytale Adventures from 50 to 42
• Reworked village and first quest in "Sons Of The Little Tailor"
• Reduced health of Foxes by 10 and Bears by 20
• Reworked Adventures to provide more alternative strategies

Please get the highlighted blue done asap !!! and pls let me know. I've been waiting for 3 days now...
and the server is getting... anxious at me for not producing... come guys :)

I am trying to configure the sends for heroic and your simulator tells me this when I try? am I using it wrong?

Remove some of the troops from the sim (bowmen, militia, longbows, crossbows, cavalry if there is first strike). Try and tighten your troop limits to reduce the amount of options. And I'd suggest 1 attack wave on a find best attacker.

For a multi-wave battle, sim a best attacker -- only considering the first wave (200 max units / just recruits and bowmen) -- looking max xp.

Then go back and re-simulate on the next wave.

If you get the first wave of 1) 250B killing 34-37 bears

The second wave can bring down 66 bears and 90 foxes --- something like 149M 101K

You should have a good idea of how the battle will go -- so you don't end up with a billion options to sim.

ty :) been doing that for ages... lolol I just wish the simu's would do it for us is all... I have at the moment over 280 sends to recalculate, and a 3rd version to add to the Raid Adventures...

so what we've done, is Lou has created a custom simu for me to use... that also calculates time for blocks...
