Something wrong w/ Medium Searches

After being on vacation for a few days, I came back to the Easter quest where I am required to collect eggs on medium treasure searches. I have 3 Savage Scouts and since 4/8, going on searches every 6 hours (unless they return while I'm sleeping), I have gathered exactly 12 eggs. In the last 6 searches, I have not gotten any.

Needless to say, I'm a bit ticked off; since this is my 1st holiday event, I wanted to finish it. I understood that I'd be under the gun to finish since I got back from vacation on the 8th, but feel that these empty searches are ridiculous. I feel like I've been setup to fail--since in fact I will.

This may just be my gripe, but IMO, its a bug.
