If and when you come out with the 4th step, that might mean the end of the slower generals. Wouldn't it? Be nice to train the regulars to become vets. Most players, can't even afford to buy vets. That would be a good thing for this game. Especially, when all the guides changed to 250's.
Do the "Two in One" skills mean that geos might find a completely new spawn point for the resource? Or does it mean that it might find two existing spawn sites for that resource?
Reason I ask is I usually send as many geos as necessary to find all empty marble deposits at one time. If this skill could find a brand new spawn site for marble, I will definitely learn it.

Seems like an awful lot of resources to do the job of another Geologist......
... I'm waiting for the good part of the Science System. (whatever that might be.)

Level 50.
Do not use coal mines, iron mines, or gold mines.
Most gold producers have level 5 mines that never deplete.
Time will tell the usefulness of this for higher level players who have 10+ geologists.
Let's get training my explorers. That's what will help my game.
I hope we get a chance to earn more building licenses, I think most lvl 30 - 50 will be maxed out.
