Missing resourses,baskets,pasta and missing tech dept

Ive sent in several tickets into support and at one time we use to get this blow off letter that doesn't say anything but what we sent into you and never get a reply or if they fixed it or whats going on. Now i don't even get the standard blow off letter in my email and nothing has ever been done with the problems that are happening. After every maintenance the game is paused or something but the island keeps consuming resources but you received nothing in return. For instance lets say copper mines keep running but there is no copper ore, bronze bars or bronze swords produced but the mines are depleted . Its the same with all other resources in the game used up but nothing produced.
This latest one resources are gone mines are almost all depleted or gone all together and no change in any of my resources in my inventory. Trades that were placed in the To are gone and the resources are gone I lost 4k in exotic wood logs and they are not in my inventory and I only have 800 planks and my mill wasn't buffed and if there is some new math out there i know nothing about 4k logs don't make 800 planks . I purchased some items in the guild market namely pasta to buff my island with and when i sent them to a guild member they don't show up in the guild members star menu when accepting them but i received hers . Seeing shes the head of the guild and felt bad that they came up missing she bought some to replace them when she didn't need to. I sent an exotic basket to another friend to buff something for me and he accepted it but when he went to his menu it wasn't there so he gave me one of his when he didn't need to.
I have quest in my book called Range units that i cant do way back from when you did maintenance for easter that i cant do since then and again nothing has been done about it .There is millions of resources missing over the time i started this game and no one has ever done anything about as if no one cares at all. I'm very upset I don't like wasting my time or your time cause we all have things to do but i would like these things fixed or my resources back i plan to make upgrades and build stuff and maintenance comes around and yup there is another set back for a week or 2. I'm sorry if my words have upset you but i'm at the end here with this and its starting to get rather upsetting every time a maintenance comes around and i loose resources and time :mad:

I apologize that you are having issue with the game.There are a few things to try to correct this situation.

1: Before logging into the game try clearing your cookie and cache files from the web browser you are using.

2: Make sure you are using the currently available version of your web browser, as an older version may no longer be supported for the game.

Everything you mentioned is always up to date and all files are cleaned or emptied everyday or with heavy play every hour. Yes i do check my spam folder for responses and i never get anything about what what they found or see or whats going on . I'm not trying to be mean or an azz but this sounds like the same thing im told in help in game there has to be something else besides the standard suggestions out there sorry. Also its not my computer its on your side if i could take a pic of everything to show you the problem i would but don't have the time to take pics of everything i do every time i log in or do a battle or make a trade or before maintenance starts.

A good way to help us figure out what is going on within your game is to send us screenshots of what is happening. While you are in the game, simply press "Prt Scr" on your keyboard. This will essentially take a picture of your current screen. Once you've done this, open up the program "Paint" from your desktop. When this program has opened, simply "paste" the screenshot into the document. Once you have done so, save this file and upload it here so we can help you further.
Without further diagnoses from your computer and what you see (for example - the screenshot(s)), then we will not be able to fully help you.
