I was thinking how it could be useful , in some instances , to be able to " Downgrade " a building or Mine ( I.E.: From lvl5 to Lvl4 )
Say , losing 1/2 the resources it took to Upgrade same . Please give me feed back if you can , TY & Happy Settling !
