Why does all of the enemies seam to have higher damage percentage than we do
Good question.
There are more enemy types than friendly types.
Because of the different kinds, it take certain combinations to destroy that enemy type.
As you said they "seem to have a higher damage percentage". The enemy do not have a higher damage. but, they may a combination that can destroy your army before you can destroy theirs.
A simple example is the enemy having 100 caverly to your 50 recruits. The cavalry can attack first, so they destroy (or almost destroy) your army before your army can attack.
In this outcome, within 3 rounds, you would be destroyed, while they live happily ever after.
Another example would be a proper attack. instead of 50 recruits, use 200 solders (overkill i know) now, even though the enemy attacks first, they do next to no damage on your army. You attack and within 3 rounds, you win.
If you are doing an adventure, look around the forums for guides on how to attack with proper armies, and their are also guides for when you are taking over your home island too.
Great Example The_Director
Another good Example is this.
Think of the Boss "Wild Mary or Chuck or Metal Tooth"
These Bandit Leaders are like bosses. Well you know on most games. The bosses have really high health, Do very high damage and also could have better states then most players. With saying this. You would have to find there weakness to defeat them. Like in this game, you'd have to Sacrifice Troops to kill the min-lings (Troops Guarding Them). Which is why you'd have to send Cavalry or a Combination that will simply the the min-lings.
Unfortunately that won't work with Wild Mary sense she is probably one of the toughest boss on you're island. There are tougher Bosses on Adventures which you'll see later on in the game.
In short. In the End. All Bosses have the advantage over the player unless you use a proper method.
Good point roman, i forgot the bosses at the end of the level!
Yep, just like what Roman said, Bosses do have a much higher health and damage than what the player can create. but just chip at them and they will go down.
No. Absolutely do not do this.
The worst mistake you can make is thinking that you can damage a boss and come back later. But any unit that is damaged but not dead will restore themselves to full health after the battle. This goes for your units as well as enemy units.
And no, enemies do not have more accuracy. Player-controlled units have more accuracy. This is their one big advantage against the enemy.
AOPS you found me out!
Correction #3! Like Roman said, kill the Boss's helpers. once you have dealt with them, go for the boss. proper tactic and overwhelming the boss is what will bring victory.
I like it better how u just explained it.The_Director Well for me it makes much more sense. Unless of course you can for reals direct me to a guide that' is as straight forward as your examples ... :) Then;
perhaps this will inspire u to make something so simply explained by you... I have searched and much to my dismay they're quite confusing..
