Suggestion: Upgrading Geos/Explorers/Generals to their Gem versions

The title tells to point. It would be great if we could upgrade our basic specialists to their Gem versions for a discounted gem price than buying new ones. For example I have 3 Jolly and a regular Geo, an Experienced and 2 regular Explorers. I would kindly upgrade my regulars to the advanced ones. I dont think that I will buy more specialists for Gems in the near future, but upgrading the existing ones would be a completely different matter. I think it would be a win-win sitution for both the players and the company. We would have the possibility to obtain advanced specialists for a cheaper price, but in exchange the company would open a new possibility to make the players to spend Gems (and this new way would really useful).
