Be able to extend buff time without friend buffing

some people in the game cant find someone to do there buff for them or no one is on that will do it for them. Some people dont want to be in a guild for that help. so make it some way the buff time can be extended without friend buff, have the option in provision house to make a un-tradable buff instead of the normal buff where it either takes more ingredients to make the 50 percent buff or it takes 50 percent longer to make. or to add skills to the provision house tht it can make friend buff buffs.
