Can't rebuild the Trade Office

At lv 36, I accidentally deleted my trade office while I tried to move it.

Then I refreshed the game and found the trade office button valid again in the building menu. I clicked it and placed the trade office. It showed in the building list. Everything seems ok. However, when the building queue turn from 0% to 1%, the trade office disappear again. I tried to click the gem fast build while the little settler is still walking (before it turn to 0%), the trade office showed for 1 second, and disappear again.
No matter what I tried, just couldn't rebuild the trade office.

I don't want to wait for 4 weeks to use the 450 gems to purchase the trade office from the shop. I also don't think it's fair that we can rebuild all other buildings when destroying it while need to spend gems for trade office.

I sent a ticket but also want to see whether someone already know this bug here.
