Due to a "lag" my "a new experience" got cancelled, not letting me continue the chain. Is there any way to get a replacement or what can I do?

As a suggestion stop making discrimination events that are designed just so German servers can win 1st place for everything all the time this will end up losing you customers I think it is pathetic teams were supposed to be decided on there economy not what country.... this event is loaded from the start

Their ratios were poorly planned. The contest turns out to be which servers are the most stagnant. Any new players or growth on a server drives down your ranking in this 'contest'. The fact we are at the bottom suggests that our servers have the highest level of growth and player turnover.

Maybe they're just trying to make the dead servers look more appealing to new players by letting them win a contest -- I really don't know. Overall, it's just disappointing all around because it could have been so much better.
