Here we go again.... a slap in the face to the lvl 50 players..... Now we're supposed to waste time and troops doing these new "adventures" for the quests to get balloons.... and we get nothing else??? NO LOOT? C'mon guys.... even a little loot would be nice.... the experience is of absolutely no use to the many many lvl 50 players. :mad:
Not lvl 50 but ya some loot for that type of troop loss is needed or A lot more balloons given then 10. We could turn that many bronze swords into 1000's of balloons.
If you take a closer look at the post for this event from the Dev Diary here http://forum.thesettlersonline.net/t...iversary-Event , you'll see that there's some really nice rewards for all our hard work.
I'd be glad to get a silo from you if you don't care for those gems.
But I can make tons and tons of balloons in my PH without wasting my time and troops on the adventures.....2 million brew makes a LOT of balloons.....lol Certainly way more than the 10 I make for the adventure quest.....not to mention the balloons that could be made from the resources used to make the troops lost in the adv.....
A lot of the stuff they throw at us I do just for the heck of it usually or just to experience something new. Like that crisis quest thing. I certainly didn't do that one because it gave me more rewards than what I lost from it. Just wish after doing events like that, we'd get some sort of cool (but small) item to place on our islands.
I have no room on my island for anything....lol.... but some real adventures, with good loot drops would be nice.... getting sick of doing the same ones all the time..... but can't see using up so many resources just to get a mere 10 balloons.....waste not want not, and all that.....
I don't think the Event Quests are worth it for Level 50's either. The Daily ones (100 Balloons & No Troops so far), sure, but I'm not doing the Event Quests. I can use the resources I would use building troops for them to convert into more balloons than the Quests are worth, in less time then it would take to run the adventure.

The rewards will be server-wide and are outlined in yesterday's Dev Diary post. If you would like to suggest ways in which BB can improve these kinds of events in the future, please leave some constructive suggestions in that thread. I will be collecting feedback from that thread to forward to Blue Byte.
some kind of loot reward. The balloons are donated our server moves up the ladder, and its basically just something to do. Some kind of loot is all is requested. Celebrating a game is fun yes, but so far its just get balloons, give them away, and most of us higher level peeps have invested some funds into the game.
