The rewards for the Test server were send via in game mail, at least I got them.
Gotcha! I didn't get an in game mail for that...maybe I wasn't supposed too =)
If you were on test server durning the stress test, you should have got them.
I was, but just for a short period of time.

If that's the one you received in your RL email, it's a unique code for each person. I got one too, and it's different from yours.
Not sure why, but I didn't receive an email with the voucher code... :(
