Phase 2 Headstart?

So this is a question to BB as t o how they will handle this potentially competition breaking situation...

You said you would combine the newer servers to compete with the older servers, and that seems fair, if we were all getting off to the same start...but there's a HUGE problem. The older servers finished phase 1 long before the newer servers, and what do you think they have been doing since their donations were cut off? That's right! They're stockpiling resources to donate as fast as they can. All the while newer servers like Ares, are struggling to finish phase 1, exhausting all of our spare resources in the process.

This is HUGE issue and will put the older servers at what I am betting will be a multiple millions of resources advantage when phase 2 starts. Completely unbalanced and unfair.

Please highlight how you will address this situation.

I would shut off Ares

I would merge Ares into Zeus. It's clear the german servers are way more active than the US servers combined.

We could rename Ares to the Canadian server.

bb wth is ur malfunction , y we were paired with ares if they didnt qualify, did they? then what was the point of qualification and what is the point in donating my resources to carry ares folk , i never even met them

do u honestly think that loading provision house is something i consider fun? w/e take all my resources all ready and leave me alone, y do i have to suffer humiliation of loading 10 minute intervals, 24*6 =144 * 3 clicks * hour glass= im too lazy to do macro recorder for individual resources

Blue Byte has already said they will be allowing certain game worlds to collaborate and will be revealing more on this soon. As soon I have that information for you, I will be sure to post it so please keep an eye on the Website news and the forums for future updates.

Again, the advantage would still go to the older/more advanced realms.

This doesn't remotely address any of the concerns here. You clearly just skimmed through what was said and didn't actually pay attention to it.

I'm failing to see how this competition is deemed fair to BB standards the rankings for every event continue to show the same results. I would really like to know where the numbers and factors are coming from for these events that they are being deemed as fair competitions? I.E: say a server has 100 players, 50 actives.. out of those 50 actives 45 are lvl 50's... another server has same amount of players, and actives but only 10 lvl 50 players are these the factors u are taking into consideration for fair competitions? I would really like to know the breakdowns to maybe give some good solid numbers of my own to future realistic fair competitions. Thanks

When I comment, it is because I have read fully. However, I am not always able to provide the answers you are looking for. I will, however, forward the concerns in this thread to Blue Byte. The game world pairings are now public in the event window. If I receive any additional information, I will publish it as soon as possible.

As you can see a head start wouldn't have even mattered...obviously there are some servers that would outshine everyone else as can be deduced by looking at the current leader board. I do believe they messed up royally with how they paired realms together. It should have been a very tight race but the leader board tells a way different story. Every single server should be neck and neck if they were paired correctly.

You are right, but that is a very big if. I don't think they cared about pairing people together to much really. All the German servers are together really and then the British servers are together and then everyone else is just thrown into the bunch with Zeus and Ares paired together.

If you read it well then I'm not sure why you gave all the same information that we already knew. The fact that game worlds would be collaborating was known in the question so you responded by saying that game worlds would be collaborating...very unhelpful!

I do think that you work hard for us gamers in general but I stand by the fact that your response to this thread was poor.
