hero wanted quest

I posted on the technical issues some days ago about the hero wanted quest.

In the morning, I selected the quest, but it never showed up on my main window. I noted the quest was greyed out, and I was not able to select another quest.

I got busy and left, when I came back in the evening, there was no quest in my star menu, and there was no quest on my main screen.

I talked with another person who plays, and she told me that in order to get it back, I would have had to log out and log back in a few times while the quest was still greyed out in my star menu. Makes good sense now, but never thought of it then.

I require this quest for my quest book. How can I get it back?
