Yes, my intention is to allow this; I'd like to make some tests (Random.org) and see how the raffles entries are spread. It is the general feeling that balloons donated during the calculation of standings do not count. How can they count if the standings can't figure out what is where?

I'm just curious, are our donations going to count for the contest if we donated during this "calculating" process?
