I defeated the bandit leader, posted the 10 building permits. But still do not see a way to claim the new sectors, and cannot build in them.
To build in the new sectors, 1st you have to place a storehouse in each new sector to claim them.
I suggest that you search this forum for: "Page of Links" This will give more help than you will ever need.
