Guild Quests

Even though you guys have some great tools near ready to drop, i wish to ask developers if they can tweak the guild system slightly. thru various personal tests i discovered an alarming situation.
a player that doesn't do the guild quest, doesn't get the minor personal reward for completing their part. in my case is 17 guild coins. when the guild quest reaches the correct tally i still received 119 guild coins.

this tells me that people who aren't cooperating and working together towards a common goal are being rewarded for being lazy.
in my guild we bend over backwards to be helpful in any way to complete these quests and it disturbs me that deadbeats still get paid for others labor.

with all this being said i want to know if you can and will perhaps tweak the payouts in a way that ONLY those that complete their personal part, receive the final tally payout. stop paying slackers for doing nothing in the guild please. this way the only people earning the coins actually worked for them and truly deserve them.
